# Save a Template

### Save a new Template

1. On the **Designer Side** go to the **Top Menu Bar** and click on the **Template Name** or **"[Unsaved Template]"** to open up the **Template Context Menu**.
2. Click **"Save As"** In the **Template Context Menu**. This will open up the **"Save Template" Dialog**.

3. In the **"Save Template" Dialog** type in a **Template Name** in the **"New Template Name" Input Field**. 
4. Select the **Folder** in which you want to save the **Template**.
5. Click **"Save"**.

### Save an existing Template

1. On the **Designer Side** go to the **Top Menu Bar** and click on the **Template Name** to open up the **Template Context Menu**.
2. Click **"Save"** In the **Template Context Menu**.

| **Tip:** On **Designer Side** you can use the Shortcut `[STRG]` + `[S]` (`[cmd]` + `[S]`) to save your Template at any time.
